Definitely not pregnant, but....

Lately i've been totally craving oatmeal-- which has never happened before. I think maybe i've eaten oatmeal one other time since i was born and never liked the stuff! But as sit and ponder about it this morning over my 7th bowl of oatmeal in the last 7 days, I must say that i am one of those girls who goes through streaks of favorite foods. A few of them include:

New Quaker Oats Simple Harvest Vanilla, Almond and Honey and Lower Sugar Maple & Brown Sugar (current crave)

Lucerne Ice Cream Sandwiches

 (summer crave-- i went through at least 3 boxes of 24 plain and 1 box of mint choc. chip )

Swiss Miss Tapioca Pudding (i think this was a June-July thing)

Newman's Own Limeade

 (i think this one started in the spring, and i think it's appeal is now slowly dying.)

Homestyle Popcorn by PopSecret

 (crave of last year up to winter of 2006-- i went thru boxes and boxes of this stuff. I was totally addicted! Soo yummy. The best popcorn ever!)

365 days... of being married!  Happy 1-year anniversary to us!

Can you guys believe that it's been a whole year?? Man, that was fast! I've been telling people that the only regret i have for this past year was that we missed a lot of our marriage "milestones"... ie. our 1-month, 6-month anniversary etc hehe. I mean, i'll never have a "happy 6 month anniversary, baby!" ever again (unless, of course, i remarry.... just kidding jon i love you!! ) I dont know, i guess for some people it's a big deal, but for us it was more like "oh, what's today's date? Oh yeah! happy 5-month anniversary 2 days late.  " Oh well!

Today, we "celebrated" our anniversary the long-distance way: Jon's in LA for training, and I'm at home with my parents in seattle! heehee. How romantic. Just like the old days, i guess!

I think i've learned a lot about myself when it comes to "two becoming one." It's so interesting how selfish and needy i can become, and i thank God for exemplifying grace to us, because i am in need of a lot!  But being married to Jon has been awesome. Sometimes i look at him and think "um, how did i end up with JON GEE?? oh/ew thats so WEIRD! i mean, it's jon gee!!"  *shrug* sometimes (if not all the time!) God's big picture is beyond and better than what we can imagine!!

And, for those who really wanted to know, I have yet to fart in front of Jon (i refuse to!), but i have let him smell the bathroom after i poo.  I still turn on the fan thingy when i pee because i dont want him to hear me pee.

Here's to Year 2 of the Lee-Gee union! May God and you be blessed by our marriage.

Howdy friends! Time to update the blog b/c i'm tired of looking at my wedding dress (which, by the way, is still for sale!!) Hmm... let's see what's been going on...

Happy marriage to Garrett & Siobhan!  They had a lovely wedding at the end of december and are totally made for each other. Haha i found their pics still on my camera (gotta love the 1GB memory cards)

Took a trip back home to AZ to visit the family at the end of April.  Spent some time with some friends of mine. We took Jon to see Sedona & the beautiful Grand Canyon!
